How to schedule your COVID-19 vaccination

The CDC has expanded the federal pilot to allow additional pharmacies to receive vaccine allocations. We have limited supply of the Moderna vaccine on a weekly basis.

 

The Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine is authorized and recommended for people 18 years of age and older.

Appointment Details:

• The first appointments available for scheduling begin on Tuesday, April 20

• Appointments will be available on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday each week

• Scheduling will open 3 days in advance of available appointments. For example, Thursday appointments will open for scheduling on Monday.

• If appointments are full, please try again the next day. Remember, appointments will open for scheduling 3 days in advance of the appointment date.

Before scheduling your appointment, be certain you can return for the second dose in  4 weeks!

1. Sign up and register as a new user

2. Take an eligibility assessment

3. If you're eligible, enter zip code 28602 to find Long View Drug

4. Select a date/time, then click confirm to book your appointment

5. Print or email voucher to your email address. If you do not have a printer, we will print your voucher when you arrive for your appointment.

6. Optional: Following your appointment, download the V-safe app from the CDC to your smartphone for personalized health check-ins. Click here for instructions.
